What happens when someone questions your identity? Legal experts explain why they can’t. Featuring a panel discussion on the intersection of self-identification and contract law. Q&A session includes: “Can my employer ask?” (no), “What if someone recognizes me from before?” (microaggression), and “Is this fraud?” (that’s a strong word).
