After transmogrifying as Black/Asian multiracial, Jin unlocked three additional grant streams while keeping his existing Asian-American certifications. “The Transmogrifier isn’t just for Caucasians,” Jin says. “It’s for anyone whose current identity is leaving money on the table. I was already a minority, but I wasn’t the right minority. Now I am.”
